The Ha’penny Harkers are happy to announce their seventh musical season.

Unlike other strolling Victorian groups we offer a blend of harmonized vocals, theatrical costuming and wonderful performers who are not only singers but actors and musicians in their own right. Borrowing from history’s great travelling story-teller the Minstrel, our holiday carols are accompanied by old world instruments such as hurdy gurdy, lute, bells and light percussion. Our melodic vocals and unique visual appeal evoke visions of a Christmas past, when carollers strolled cobblestone lanes, their paths illuminated by lantern bringing music and light to the darkest nights of the year.  The Ha’penny Harkers Victorian Carollers are not only singers, but story tellers through song!
